hololive IDOL PROJECT 1st Live. “Bloom,” was originally scheduled to take place with a live audience on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. However, due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases along with the declaration of state of emergency, in order to prioritize the safety of the fans and our talents, we have decided to no longer host a live audience for this event. The event will instead now be an online stream-only, with no live audience.
Thus, we regret to inform you that all entries for the 1st venue ticket lottery (held from December 22, 2020 to January 5, 2021) are hereby cancelled. We deeply apologize for this sudden turn of events, and we sincerely thank you all for your support.
In light of this situation, the 2nd venue ticket lottery and general venue ticket sales are hereby also cancelled.
Non-audience live streaming tickets for same-day (Wednesday, February 17, 2021) viewing are currently available on the respective streaming platforms. Please note that the event may be postponed or cancelled if the general situation makes it unfavorable to proceed with the performance. Please also take note that live streaming tickets may not be refunded.
As this will be a non-audience live-streaming event, fans will not be able to come to the venue on the day of the event itself.We will also not be accepting any letters, gifts, or congratulatory flowers for the talents on the day of the event.
Additional information will continue to be posted on this website as well as the hololive production official Twitter accounts as the situation develops. Please also avoid sending in additional separate enquiries regarding this announcement.

【Regarding venue ticket refunds】
Due to the shift to a no-live audience event, the 1st venue ticket lottery has been rendered as null.
As a result, there is no need for customers to request for a refund by themselves.
